Spring season B2B Upgrade by Arricano-2017 was attended by more than 300 participants

Starting from February to June 2017, more than 300 people have visited the Arricano’s B2B Upgrade by Arricano educational project for tenants of the shopping mall's network of the company.

In the spring season of the CSR project, four master classes for Arricano partners were held. The objective of the project is to increase tenants' sales and increase turnover through the service component. Professional Ukrainian business coaches have expanded knowledge, methods and techniques for high-quality sales for retail and administrative personnel of four shopping malls Prospekt, RayON, Sun Gallery, City Mall.

Nataliia Dmytrenko, Marketing Director of Arricano, notes that constant learning of the new is a necessary skill in modern conditions: «In current realities, leading shopping malls are becoming a comfortable social space. In order to create the right atmosphere in the shopping mall, it is necessary to partner with all the creators of this atmosphere - the landlord, tenant, and guest. The visitor becomes more demanding, so the retailer should be ready to satisfy such a request, improving the quality of «seller-buyer» communication».

The participants of B2B Upgrade by Arricano program has received «The model of correct action» coaching technology, learned the algorithm of its application in order to satisfy the customers' needs without the obtrusive conviction to make a purchase; deepened knowledge of the customer's typology and sales patterns for each purchaser's psychotype, expanded the toolkit for literate response to objections; understood what relationship between the seller's condition and the customer's repurchase, received the «how to understand and love your customer» life-hack.
