Prospekt Shopping and Entertainment Complex (SEC)
Opened at the end of 2014, the Prospekt Shopping and Entertainment Complex is one of the largest shopping and entertainment venues in Kiev, located on the left bank of the city. The stylish interior, quality anchor tenants and well-balanced tenant mix all contribute in offering an enjoyable shopping and leisure experience to its visitors.
Although the project had been developed in a difficult period for the retail industry, Prospekt was opened on time and as of today has become the focal point for fashion-conscious consumers. Its design and architectural solutions were developed by Chapman Taylor, a world famous architectural bureau. When developing the Prospekt project, Arricano made use of some of the most efficient techniques of European project development methods, such as placing the Auchan hypermarket on the first floor of the building and utilising the roof space as a parking area. Tailored design solutions ensure optimal management of customer flows thus avoiding the formation of “dead zones”.
Prospekt Shopping Complex is proud to have among its tenants recognised clothing, shoes and accessories retailers such as MANGO, Gloria Jeans, Women's Secret, Springfield, Сolin’s, Reserved, LTB Jeans, Intimissimi, English Home, Calzedona and LC Waikiki to name a few. The beauty and perfumery sector is represented by such retailers as Brocard, Yves Rocher, Beauty Market Issei and Watsons. The shopping complex also hosts the home goods retailer JYSK and several retailers of children goods, namely Detskiy Mir, Bembi, as well as Fly Park, a large children entertainment park and Multiplex, a 7 hall cinema spreading over 3,500 sqm.
Prospekt houses a great variety of food operators reflecting the richness of international cuisine, such as Suchiya, YaponaHata, Salateira, Il Molino, BrinzaBar. Separated from these is a 680 sqm. McDonald’s outlet with its McDrive option, popular with many customers.
The Prospekt Shopping complex has most definitely become a magnet for fashion-conscious audiences. Since style and fashion are some of the key criteria for deciding on the tenant mix, Prospect houses retailers of clothing and accessories of Ukrainian origin.
