Sun Gallery shopping mall – 13 years of reciprocity, friendliness and bright shopping experiences

This September, Sun Gallery shopping mall celebrated its 13th birthday. It would seem that only in 2008 Kryvyi Rih media described the newly opened shopping mall as "a complex that fully meets the international standards of a modern shopping mall", noted its "good location", "comfortable shopping process", "time savings", "the opportunity to have a great time and relax with the whole family", "the maximum number of goods and brands of high quality". Throughout the entire time, Sun Gallery held the declared high level of a fashion and style expert, which is reflected in the slogan - fashion residence in Kryvyi Rih.  

A holiday for the whole city

The current Birthday of the Sun Gallery shopping mall was held in the style of Sun Jam Party – a bright party, during which there were constant activities: performances of cheerleaders, animation programs with fairy-tale characters, a musical program from cover bands, a fashion show, during which models showed clothes from the brands LC Waikiki, Lesia, A.Tan, VOVK, DJ sets, fire shows and photo zone work in the style of Slow Motion 360, and everyone was inspired by a patriotic flash mob,

Gift certificates and bonus cards were raffled off from fashion brands. Only from Letout, Colin's and New Yorker customers received bonuses to the amount of UAH 15,000. 

"Visitors to the shopping mall were happy to accept the concept of Sun Jam Party, because during the event there was a relaxed light atmosphere. This is exactly what our guests need when training begins, active work, new projects are launched, everyone is trying to adapt and not miss anything important. They need a powerful emotional charge, and this is the Birthday of our shopping mall. Working with the community

Social communications and collaborations are part of the ongoing work  of Sun Gallery shopping mall, because it helps to establish loyal connections with the audience. Last year, the shopping mall, together with the public organization "Rukh bez mezh", organized the photo project "9 lives" to draw public attention to the problems and opportunities of people with disabilities. On the eve of the Sun Jam Party, the shopping mall invited the heads of Kryvyi Rih charitable and volunteer organizations to a meeting in order to jointly develop charity in the city.

Fashion research

Getting to know the city, its rhythm, lifestyle, professional activities, and character is part of social exploration. Therefore, in April, the Sun Gallery shopping mall invited influential Kryvyi Rih residents to a photo interview to talk about how their profession affected their style and image. The project with the big name Fashion&Profession found out how its potential visitors follow fashion trends, what motivates them to update their wardrobe, and what clothes they feel confident in. It also strengthened the connection with the community, because customers are pleased when the brand is interested in their preferences and focuses on their requests.   

Space for the implementation of artistic ideas

Sun Gallery shopping mall is open to local artists and provides them with space for ideas. So, during August-September, the shopping mall supported the photo project "ROZOU", the main idea of which is to move street photos to where they were taken – to the street. Therefore, the photos were displayed on the facade of the shopping mall using a projector. The main characters of the project were the streets of Tokyo and Kryvyi Rih, which were recorded by photographers – Japanese Tadashi Onishi and Ukrainian Evhen Bondarenko. 

About plans

There are still many interesting ideas for implementation and development ahead of the Sun Gallery shopping mall. These include social initiatives, rebranding, space renewal, and interaction with the community for various thematic requests. The shopping mall understands that interactivity, friendliness and reciprocity are the virtues that are important in cooperation between the Sun Gallery brand and guests of a shopping mall.
