RayON shopping mall will optimize the area of the Silpo supermarket to make the shopping space even more cozy and comfortable for visitors.
The Silpo supermarket will be designed in the supergraphics concept. This direction arose in the 1960s as a reaction to the functionalism of modernism, seeking to add emotionality and identity to architectural objects. The first microdistrict of Troieshchyna is distinguished by the active use of supergraphics and the use of white, red, brown and yellow colors, which were considered characteristic of Kyiv.
"As part of the Silpo update in RayON shopping mall, we will rethink this topic and show supergraphics in the store space, emphasize the existing architecture and create a mood thanks to bright design elements," the representatives of Silpo supermarket chain noted.
By the end of 2025, the tenant mix of the shopping mall will also be replenished with a new tenant, which will expand the possibilities of shopping at affordable prices for every Ukrainian family. Despite the war in Ukraine and all the current challenges, Arricano manages to keep the vacancy of RayON shopping mall at 0%.
"Arricano is working to improve the shopping mall and expand the pool of tenants, choosing brands that will profitably diversify and complement it. Earlier, we have already announced the opening of the Puzata Khata Ukrainian cuisine restaurant in the fall of 2025, which the residents of Troieshchyna are looking forward to, and recently signed a lease agreement with another fashion retailer on an area of more than 1,000 square meters," said Olena Shvets, Director of the Retail Space Department.
During optimization, the Silpo supermarket will operate as usual: daily from 7:00 to 23:00.
