Property Management School
On November 4, 2019, season II of the profile project - Property Management School pre-MBA begins. This project was initiated in 2018 by the Ukrainian Real Estate Club Business Association with the assistance of MIM Business School.
For the second year in a row, Arricano Top Managers will share their expertise at Property Management School. Arricano Real Estate Plc Marketing Director Natalia Dmytrenko will teach a course of commercial real estate marketing within the framework of the project. Inna Sotnykova, Director of Prospekt and RayON shopping malls will teach a master class on “Development: Creating an Effective Management Team”, share experience in staff organization and cases related to process management at real estate. For Property Management School, Arricano speakers are preparing new topics and frameworks of work and adding new cases to the last season's program.
Upon graduation from the School of Commercial and Residential Real Estate Management, students will defend theses on real projects and get MIM Business School Certificates with the CEEMAN International Association Accreditation badges, as well as certificates from URE Club - the Ukrainian Real Estate Club.
Compared to the first season this year the program has expanded: in 2018 the specialization was focused on commercial real estate management, while this year the program provides training both for commercial and residential real estate management. The course involves lessons in general disciplines, theory and training of basic skills from the best lecturers of MIM Business School, as well as practical training from leading market practitioners.
Olha Solovii, Managing Partner of URE Club, stresses that the School was founded and is being developed because the market strongly needs it: we got inquiries both from students, and from those who look for trained personnel.”
Arricano CMO Natalia Dmytrenko, the author of the Commercial Real Estate Marketing course and the school mentor, considers that the real estate marketing is based on the interaction between actual goals, experience and systematic approach, “Today, professional marketing no longer deals with so-called flat formats: be it a mall, an office center, or a similar facility - they all have complex multi component concepts that consist of a variety of elements and perform many different functions. As a result, marketing for such facilities must be new, which uses new tools, new approaches and explore trends from other industries.”
The school provides the study of the best practices of mentors and trainers of the program - TOP managers of the real estate market. The Season II program will be strengthened with new expert speakers and will include the related disciplines. Roman Yemets (Certified Managing Director of Shopping Malls with over 20 years experience) will lecture “Economics of Real Estate”, Dmytro Hrylberh (Vertex United, Certified Real Estate Manager) will speak about “Sources of Financing of Real Estate”, Tetiana Sanchenko (“ESTA Property Management”) - about “Facility management in residential and commercial real estate”, Olesia Perchak (expert in marketing and sales, with over 12 years experience in the industry) about “Marketing and Development of Sales Departments”, Olesia Skrynnyk (“Intergal-Bud”) - about “Market Analysis: Residential and Commercial Market”.
The project involves a lot of resources. We are happy to cooperate with the best mentors at Property Management School with over 10 years experience in each area. To grow and develop further, the real estate market needs high-class professionals. Until now, there was no special education in Ukraine, no special programs that prepare commercial real estate managers,” Olha Solovii notes.
