On Saturday, May 12, 2018 Arricano team had a work party. Employees of the company including the General Director spent this day together with their families carrying out a socially significant project - cleaning of the territory around Jordan Lake, which is located next to the future object of the developer.
 “We are a team of social researchers,” the participants share their impressions, “we want to create a comfortable social space with a special atmosphere in our objects and around them. “We like to study all the components of such an atmosphere, we want to “feel” our objects and mood of people: we stood by our tenant partners in Prospekt shopping mall, studying the moods of buyers, our managers made purchases, checking the quality of service of tenants and now we want to make the territory where residents and guests of Obolon will rest clean.”
Mykhailo Merkulov, CEO of Arricano Real Estate Plc, notes: “Being a socially responsible developer we want to make the city better and to participate in the development and improvement of the territories adjacent to our sites. Participation in the work party, on the one hand, supports the social movement “Kyiv May Work Parties” and contributes to the development of a comfortable city, on the other hand, it is a great team building, when the team not only works together, but also has a common rest, carrying out the useful social project. The use of P2P (people-to-people) ideology for the rest of Arricano team is the already proven successful and positive form of corporate leisure that brings use and pleasure.”
It should be mentioned that cleaning and work party on Obolon was held on several territories intended for the rest of the local residents. Thus, the communal enterprise “Kyivzelebnud” plans to carry out cleaning on the territory of the future recreational zones around Kyrylivske and Jordan lakes, deputies of Obolon District Administration invite local residents to clean forest and park zones and public gardens all over the district.
 For Arricano which is a socially responsible company the improvement of the territories adjacent to the developer's objects is a tradition. However, the launch of Arricano’s project with the working name “Petrivka” located in Obolonskyi district of Kyiv at the intersection of Jordanska street and Stepana Bandery avenue was not a typical one. It was decided first to implement a social initiative aimed at creating better conditions for the residents of the microdistrict and preserving of the ecosystem around the local lakes, and only then start the discussion with the locals, announce a competition and a project conception of the object.
Mykola Yakymenko, acting Head of the Development Department, acting Operations Manager of Arricano Real Estate Plc, emphasizes: “Creation of comfortable conditions for recreation of the residents of the microdistrict and guests of the city, the preservation and the development of the ecosystem around lakes, rivers, parks, squares located in the city are the primary tasks of a socially responsible developer. We want the recreational area around Jordan and Kyrylivske lakes and Pochaina river, and the Park, which is planned on the area where the Arricano site is located, to become a favorite resting-place.”
And while the project “Park” is being developed, Arricano employees make the site of the future park clean.
