SMO Arricano - Mentor Property Management School

On October 10, 2018 Natalia Dmytrenko, CMO Arricano, took part in the presentation of Property management school as an author of a thematic course on marketing and as a mentor at the School of Commercial Real Estate Management.
    Natalia notes, “Arricano is a company for which training is one of the tried out factors influencing the development. Our educational CSR project for tenants, participation of our team in forums and conferences both in Ukraine and abroad suggest that the market needs system knowledge and system-wide industry education. Commercial real estate is a sphere where there are a lot of details and nuances, it requires special attention.
    Property management school can give the market a new impetus for development. Knowledge and applied experience of teachers and mentors of the school, the system program of the course are aimed at improving the professionalism of managers of the industry and the general  level of work of teams involved into management of commercial real estate facilities. I am really happy that URE club project will be held in MIM, which is my native location.”
    The presentation of the Property management school, a training course for commercial real estate managers, was held at MIM Business School.
    The developers of the program, future school students and representatives of the industry, including mentors, leading top managers of commercial real estate companies - Kateryna Vesna, deputy director, head of the commercial premises department at JLL in Ukraine; Yevhenia Loktionova, Director at UTG; Yulia Schaslyva, CEO of “TEC Energoinvest” LLC at Astarta Organic Business Center; Olena Pomazan, director of Private Investors Union; Dmytro Grylberg, Director of Real Estate Department of Vertex United; Vladyslav Kysil, partner of the law firm “KPD Consulting”, who is at the head of the practice of real estate and construction; Anna Koriahina, Commercial Director of Ceetrus Ukraine were among the participants of the event.
    The initiator of the development of the “School of commercial real estate management” was the business association of the real estate market Ukrainian Real Estate Club. Together with MIM Business School, which is the academic partner of the project, a six months program and a training plan were developed to increase the level of competence of specialists already working in real estate industry and managing commercial real estate. The project starts on November 12, 2018.
Olha Solovii, managing partner of URE Club, said that such a program has long been needed, because nobody prepares managers for this particular industry. The project has been being prepared for more than a year, because the goals were ambitious. The developers of the project decided that highly qualified specialists are necessary to develop the commercial real estate market. Therefore, knowledge gained in the Property management school should be systematic, comprehensive, include global business experience and comply with international standards of business education. “As a result, the course turned out to be interesting, intensive and developing, Olha Solovii says. The students of Property management school will get 24 weeks of training, the defense of the projects at the end, internship after completion of the course, the best MIM teachers, mentors - experts of the industry with more than 10 years of successful experience in the field, high-quality MIMA training base, active business community.”
The program involves the study of the basic aspects of commercial real estate - market analytics and development, exploitation and innovation, brokerage, legal aspects, marketing. The curriculum includes such themes as leadership, development of management vision, management accounting, financial modeling, basic functions of  different departments, marketing management and communications, business ethics, operational management, risk management, legal aspects of activity of each department, communication strategy with key clients, market analytics, technical aspects of successful and efficient operation of shopping malls and office centers, shopping malls of the future and others.
Oleksii Vynohradov, vice president of MIM Business School, drew attention to the fact that MIM has a vast experience in developing branch system programs, “For almost 30 years more than 6,000 students have been trained in the Business School.
