Arricano CEO Anna Chubotina joined the jury of one of the largest real estate competitions in Europe — Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards 2024 (CEEQA)
The CEEQA Award is widely recognized as the most prestigious annual industry award recognizing the best projects, companies and industry professionals of the past calendar year.
The nominees are evaluated by a jury, which annually selects 36 of the most experienced and influential business leaders representing leading companies engaged in development, investment, finance, construction services and consulting in the countries of Central and Eastern and South-Eastern Europe.
This year, Arricano CEO Anna Chubotina joined the jury. She has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate management and business development, has worked with international and local developers, investors and retail chains and has been the CEO of Arricano, a leading developer in Ukraine, for more than 5 years.
In 2024, 4 projects from Ukraine were included in the final CEEQA shortlist: UNIT.City in the nomination of Office development of the year and Linden Luxury Residences, Greenville Residence and Triiinity in the nomination of Residential development of the year.
The final vote of the jury will be held on May 14, and on May 15 the winners in all nominations will be awarded.
"I'm happy to join the jury of the main annual industry award for leadership in the field of investment in commercial real estate in Europe CEEQA 2024, in order, together with colleagues, to identify key industry achievements and select winners in all nominations. I highly appreciate the level of expertise of the jury and the transparency of the judging procedure and the determination of the winners, which have been an integral part of CEEQA's reputation for many years and are highly appreciated at the international level. Participation in such events in the real estate industry provides an opportunity to get acquainted with the best European projects, exchange knowledge and experience, discuss trends with colleagues and identify prospects and opportunities for the restoration and development of the commercial real estate market of Ukraine after the victory.
I sincerely congratulate my Ukrainian colleagues, whose projects were appreciated by the professional community and were included in the short list – the list of nominees, among which the jury will determine the winners in each category – and I wish you victory," said Anna Chubotina.
On May 14, Anna will join a closed meeting of European experts devoted to discussing the challenges for the real estate industry during the war and identifying opportunities for further recovery and development of Ukraine after the victory.
