About CSR "Kinder together" and "Humanity is our asset" at Arricano
Arricano has a clear CSR position, which is demonstrated in the slogans "Kinder together" and "Humanity is our asset". Before the war in Ukraine, the portfolio of social projects was each time enriched with new social initiatives.
Since February in Arricano, the vector of social activities has focused on such topical issues as cooperation with the Armed Forces, assistance to internally displaced persons in Zaporizhzhia and Kryvyi Rih, cooperation with communities around shopping malls. Some of them were published on the digital resources of shopping malls with thanks to partners for their efforts and patriotic position.
Isothermal container, thermal bag, cold accumulator - this is a list of what the City Mall team purchased and transferred to the needs of the National Guard of Ukraine in the Zaporizhzhya area.
"Since the beginning of the war, we have all redefined what is valuable, important and priority in life. And it has become a special value for all of us to be useful for the protection of the state. And also mutual human support and cooperation with each other, between businesses and with which entrepreneurs can help our defenders. For their part, the City Mall team is aimed at helping, promoting, supporting. We have already talked about our social projects. This time, at the request of our defenders, we purchased thermal bags. Then there will be more," said Vardui Batrakova, Director of CITY MALL.
"We condemn the war, no one has the moral, political and legitimate right to attack Ukraine. We cheer for our state, for Ukrainians, for people who are forced to leave their homes and seek refuge for the safety of their children. Since this is not the first project that we implement together with Shelter, we trust and share their values, we continue to cooperate, finance to support Ukrainians. After all, our position is a commitment to national interests, which are also manifested in charitable activity," said Maryna Baranova, Director of the Sun Gallery shopping mall.
"Sustainable development, community work and support for social projects have always been an important component of our activities. Today, the key is to support the Armed Forces and Ukrainians who are forced to leave their homes, seeking refuge in safer places. Humanitarian, charitable and volunteer initiatives have been implemented with the participation of our shopping malls. The shopping malls retain their function as social centers of Ukrainian cities, playing an important role in restoring the normal life of communities," concluded Anna Chubotina, CEO of Arricano.
