New company web site of Arricano is “a single point of contact” for prospective clients
Steve Jobs stated, “It doesn't make sense to hire smart people and then tell them what to do. We hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.” Arricano shares this opinion. With the view to increase the efficiency in 2015, a meeting of the entire team was carried out. As the result, 119 innovative ideas were proposed which are gradually implemented enriching the total corporate results.
One of the most important directions for strategic development of Arricano is improvement of partnership relations, as well as the development of better and more efficient pattern for collaboration with tenants.
Mikhail Merkulov, General Director of Arricano, assures, “In our shopping malls, we unite hundreds of shops and brands. We are doing our best to find individual approach to each of our partners. Arricano is an open and transparent company for it is important to us that our business partners, financial institutions, authorities and customers trust us. We believe that business philosophy declared by our company, which are honesty, transparency, trust, ability to negotiate, will influence the development and improvement of business culture in our country. For we have over 750 Ukrainian and foreign partners.”
For strategic development of partnership, Arricano launched in 2016 a new company web-site http://arricano.com/ru. Its chief advantages are stylish design, ease of use, as well as targeted content. The web-site complies with all requirements to the companies which shares are listed with London Stock Exchange, such as publication of reports, notifications, stock value, etc.
Another objective of the new web-site is to give the prospective partners an opportunity to declare their wish to work together with Arricano. To do so, they have to fill in the form, and the company managers will contact them for further negotiation. “A single point of contact” through the company web-site is another source of information consolidation, the way to find out what the prospective partners need.
