Celebrating the Day of Kyiv, on May 27, the Prospect shopping mall set a record of Ukraine in the Art, Dimensions category for the construction of the highest models of historical and architectural monuments-symbols of the capital city – the Motherland Monument (with the Trident on the shield) and the Bell Tower of St. Sophia Cathedral with more than 41,000 LEGO blocks. 

The community and the team of the shopping mall assembled during 6 hours of teamwork the architectural symbols of Kyiv with a height of 2.5 m and 2.4 m. Both children and adults joined the initiative to contribute to the establishment of the record of Ukraine.

We know how our visitors love LEGO, because in January, together with the community of the shopping mall, they already assembled large-scale figures at the unique event “Bright Construction” for the International LEGO Day, which had not been held by any shopping mall before. Then we built a castle with 30,000 blocks. This time, even more participants joined the initiative, so together we not only collected as many as two architectural symbols of the capital, but even set a record of Ukraine and received a corresponding diploma. This is a very important and valuable mark for us, which confirms that, united, we are able to implement large-scale initiatives that demonstrate the greatness and beauty of our country and the unity of Ukrainians,”said Inna Morozova, Marketing Director of Arricano. 

Even more interesting activities are waiting for visitors of the Prospect and RayON shopping malls this Saturday, June 3. For Children's Day, shopping malls prepare interesting and interactive entertainment programs.

Prospekt shopping mall will arrange for children and adults the “Day of Color Dreams” with interesting contests, games, sweet cotton candies, and most importantly – bright and multi-colored Holi color powders, so that all visitors express their emotions and dreams on a snow-white canvas.

RayON mall will surprise visitors on June 3 during the “Day of Scientific Entertainment”. Incredible show of molecular ice cream, spectacular chemical experiments, experiments neighboured by magic, from students of the Chemical Faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, interesting competitions and, of course, prizes will be waiting for guests of the shopping mall.

The activities for Children's Day in both shopping malls begin  on June 3 at 13:00.
