Since June 1 Olena Shvets has been the Head of the Retail Space Department of the Arricano Group of Companies in Ukraine. The new director will be responsible for coordinating and controlling the work of the department, managing lease agreements, and effective cooperation with tenant partners.  

Olena's professional practice is more than 16 years of work in the retail real estate market and management of retail space. Olena Shvets began her career in the field of commercial real estate in 2007 in the Kyiv shopping mall "Alta Center" as a manager of the rental department. 

During her professional career, she worked with following development companies: City Capital Group, UTG, AVEK Holding, Retail Group. Olena's professional portfolio includes work with such projects as Lavina Mall, Respublika Park shopping mall, Ocean Plaza shopping mall, Darynok market mall, New Way shopping mall and others.

"The retail real estate market is undergoing a period of transformation in conditions of war and, thanks to this, becomes more resistant to various factors. My path in the Arricano Group in Ukraine fell on the wartime and pandemic period, however, together with the team, we perfectly solved all the crisis situations so that external factors did not interfere with the operation of the shopping mall. I am sure that in the position of the director of the department of retail space I will be able to extrapolate my many years of experience and make qualitative changes for the company," said Olena Shvets.

Before her appointment as director of the department of retail space, Olena Shvets worked for 4 years in the company as a rental manager, in particular, she put a lot of effort into forming a high-quality pool of tenants of the Sun Gallery shopping mall, which is located in Kryvyi Rih, supporting partner companies and attracting new tenants in the conditions of war.

As an economist, she received her higher education at the European University of Finance, Information Systems, Management, and Business. Before joining the Arricano Group in Ukraine, she held the position of Commercial Director of the New Way shopping mall in Kyiv.
