Mykhailo Merkulov is in the ranking of the best Top-managers of the country

Mykhailo Merkulov, CEO of Arricano, has entered the rating of the management elite of Ukraine, which annually is made by the Focus business publication. “The best Top-managers of the country” are represented in 11 sectors. The top three of the “Real Estate” sector is represented by two managers, managing their own business — the founder of KAN Development Ihor Nikonov, the founder of the UFuture investment group Vasyl Khmelnytskyi — and the TOP of a private development company — Mykhailo Merkulov.
The rating board, consisting of industry experts, analysts and market participants, explained why these company heads were called the most effective and considered worthy of the title of the best Top-manager.
Mykhailo Merkulov, the only hired Top-manager in the sectoral rating, has provided double-digit growth in financial performance for several years in a row. For example, in 2018, the total amount of net profit increased by 47.6 % over the year, net operating income increased by 19 %, and the value of net assets increased by 80 % by the end of 2018. CEO of Arricano believes that the Arricano phenomenon is driven by three factors: “The sustainable development of the company is the result of three components: professional team, the desire of all employees to achieve goals that seem impossible, and a complex approach to the development of both the facilities and the company as a whole”.
Under M. Merkulov’s leadership the company underwent transformations, as a result of which Arricano gained a reputation as an innovator, changing the sectoral management and partnership approaches, launching new development strategies, creating collaboration projects that develop the sector, and demonstrating various aspects of socially responsible business.
“However, it is not enough for Merkulov”, — Focus writes. — “This year, the manager plans to continue working on the company’s transformation from traditional to technological, to start earning on a new business model and in five years to increase the value of the project portfolio to $ 1 billion”.
An interesting fact is that the portrait of the average successful Top-manager looks like the following: a man (91 % of participants in the rating) of 47 years old with 20 years of managerial experience, a company manager with 13 thousand employees, who feels the temperature in his company and is able to find a solution in any, even crisis, situation.
