Mikhail Merkulov, Arricano real Estate CEO took part in the 11^th annual SEE Real Estate Awards, which took place on April 21, 2016 in Romania.

SEE Real Estate Awards is the largest event in the field of real estate in South-Eastern Europe, where regional and international market players introduce the best projects, discuss innovative trends in the industry, analyze the possibility of development of regions and outline the development of commercial real estate market. Each year, the forum is attended by about 300 experts and specialists from European countries, by leading regional and international developers, bankers, investors, lawyers and other professionals from companies operating in South-East Europe in the field of commercial real estate investment and construction industry.

Traditionally, at SEE Real Estate Awards the ceremony of awarding the best real estate projects is held. An independent jury selects the winners in the field of commercial real estate in 23 nominations for each sector of commercial real estate and retail trade in the region. Members of the jury are real estate experts with many years of experience.

In 2016, the company Arricano Real Estate plc got in the short-list of the 11^th annual SEE Real Estate Awards in Retail Developer nomination.

In addition, it is a high evaluation of the whole team’s work, because the jury did not only hive points for a number of parameters of the trading real estate, including the quality of location, design, efficiency of the building, and much more, but our object was compared with other objects of Southeast Europe and recognized to be worthy of this victory".
