With the beginning of the new season, the Arricano Group of Companies in Ukraine continues to strengthen its position in the market, attracting new tenants to its shopping malls. In October, the Ukrainian brand of women's clothing LESIA opened a store in Prospekt shopping mall, the D&P Perfumum corner was opened, and Kiko Milano will soon start working. RayON shopping mall already has a laser hair removal studio Laser Express. At the same time, the ATHLETICS sports goods store opened its doors for visitors in the Sun Gallery shopping mall in Kryvyi Rih. By the end of 2024, the company plans to continue to expand the range of tenants in all its shopping malls.

At the end of September, the FOOD COURT in the Sun Gallery shopping mall resumed its work. So now visitors to the shopping mall have even more options for meetings and can combine shopping with delicious lunches in their favorite places. Already operating: Georgian restaurant "Khinkalnia", Uzbek cuisine "Pilaf" and European cuisine "Dva husi" places.

In early November, the long-awaited opening of a new spacious Sinsay in the Sun Gallery shopping mall will take place. Fans of the brand simply cannot miss this event, in addition, the first 50 customers will receive pleasant gifts. The Sinsay brand, already represented in RayON shopping mall, is currently expanding the store area, so in December, even more products for the whole family will be available offline for residents of Troieshchyna.

And in early 2025, Sinsay will open in Zaporizhzhia, the Polish brand's store will be presented in the CITY MALL. Sinsay is known for its affordable prices and a wide range of products, including clothes, shoes, accessories, household decorations and children's goods.

In regional shopping centers, after the change of the grocery operator, the area of shopping galleries was expanded and currently the vacancy in the CITY MALL shopping mall in Zaporizhzhia is 4.7%, and in the Sun Gallery shopping mall in Kryvyi Rih — 9.6%, taking into account new rental areas. Despite the fact that these two facilities of the company are located in the frontline territory, we have a high interest from partners and look forward to new openings by the end of this year or early next year. Despite the war in Ukraine, we are seeing a positive trend in the demand for rental space in our shopping malls and a further recovery in the attendance of our shopping centers,” said Arricano CEO Anna Chubotina.

The leading developer of the shopping mall has already signed lease agreements with 6 new operators in the CITY MALL, so by the end of the year, plans to open stores: Foxtrot, Knyharnia Ye, Fabric 17 and others.
