Two Arricano shopping malls “Sun Gallery” and City Mall became the winners of “Consumer Choice-2018”

Two regional shopping malls of Arricano company – “Sun Gallery” (Kryvyi Rih) and City Mall (Zaporizhzhia) became the winners of the VII National Retail Award of Ukraine Retail Awards “Consumer Choice-2018” and received awards during the solemn ceremony on February 28, 2019.
The PwC Ukraine regional office of the PwC international network, represented in 158 countries, acted as an independent consultant and auditor for counting the votes of the National Retail Awards, guaranteeing the transparency of the voting and the precision of the vote counting.
While participating in the independent survey, Ukrainian consumers voted for the trade networks and shopping malls of Ukraine for innovations and effectiveness of marketing activities that were implemented in 2018. Retail Awards is the only Retail Award in Ukraine where the choice is made exclusively by consumers.
According to the consumers’ opinion, “Sun Gallery” has become the best shopping mall of Kryvyi Rih and City Mall has become the best shopping mall in Zaporizhzhia.
“Sun Gallery” shopping mall, opened in 2008, has been developing for 10 years and offers high-quality tenant mix and interesting leisure for citizens, while creating a culture of comfortable shopping and diverse family rest. Last year, 35 marketing events developing the shopping mall, including innovative media, educational, sports and cultural projects were held in the shopping mall: traditionally, the summer autotesting, for the first time - the PR-project “Interview with the journalists of Kryvyi Rih”. “Sun Gallery” is a social space popular among the citizens, which is loved and visited by about 65% of the residents of Kryvyi Rih, - Maryna Baranova, director of “Sun Gallery” said. “In partnership with tenants, district and city administration, sports, charity and cultural organizations, we make lives of our guests more interesting and diverse.”
In Zaporizhzhia, City Mall where according to studies, more than 70% of citizens prefer to make purchases, has become the “Consumer Choice-2018”. It should be mentioned that for more than 4 years the occupancy of retail space in City Mall makes 100%: over 90 well-known international and domestic brands, strong anchor tenants, entertainment zone and various food courts are represented in the mall.
There is an active life with a variety of thematic, family, cultural, educational, sports and other events in which visitors and retailers participate, and which subscribers, friends and followers regularly follow in the social networks of the mall: in 2018 there were more than 27.3 thousand of them. About 264 thousand of users on monthly basis received information through the digital channels of City Mall last year.
