•    Arricano CEO Anna Chubotina, as part of the jury of one of the largest real estate competitions in Europe — Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards 2024, determined the winners of this year's award.
 
On May 14, Anna joined a closed meeting of European experts devoted to discussing the challenges for the real estate industry during the war and defining opportunities for further recovery and development of Ukraine after the victory.
 
Anna Chubotina expresses her gratitude to the organizers of the CEEQA award, all experts and participants of the competition who, despite the war in Ukraine, are making great efforts in the development of the commercial real estate industry. CEO Arricano congratulates the winners and wishes their projects successful development.
 
•    Arricano Real Estate LLC and personally Anna Chubotina received the letter of acknowledgment from the 4th Operational Battalion of the 3rd Operational Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine for providing assistance to the personnel of the unit.
 
•    Another 9 stores and islands resumed their work in the Sun Gallery shopping mall. In particular, Samsung Experience Store, Puma, Zolotyi Vik, Ukrzoloto, Anabel Arto, and others.
 
•    Silpo is completing repairs in its new supermarkets in the CITY MALL in Zaporizhzhia and in the Sun Gallery shopping mall in Kryvyi Rih. The opening is scheduled for the end of June 2024.
 
•    Despite planned and emergency power outages across the country, Arricano shopping malls operate on their usual schedules on a daily basis. All shopping malls are equipped with powerful generators, and the Arricano team makes every effort to ensure the smooth operation of the company's facilities.
 
•    Arricano joined the 31st "Chestnut Run".
 
Every year, the Arricano team supports the initiative and thus saves the lives of children with heart defects, because the funds collected within the framework of the project are directed by the organizers to purchase the necessary equipment and consumables for the Center for Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
 
•    Arricano continued the annual tradition of uniting the community of its shopping malls at an authentic event for the Vyshyvanka Day.
 
Prospekt shopping mall together with visitors and the NGO "Free Life — Bright Future" raised funds for EcoFlow, Starlink terminals, FPV drones and tactical medicine for the 20th Separate Special Operations Brigade and 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade.
