•  The Arricano Group of Companies reported on its performance in 2024.

Among the significant indicators and achievements over the past year there were: 
• UAH 205.9 million of taxes paid; 
• more than UAH 4.2 million to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine and charity; 
• more than 21 million visitors;
• 35 new stores and establishments;
• strengthening the tenant-mix of the Sun Gallery shopping mall and the CITY MALL by the market leader in FMCG — Silpo supermarket;
• average vacancy — less than 5%. And in some objects, in particular in Prospekt shopping mall it was 0%.
• UAH 66.7 million was invested in the restoration of the Sun Gallery shopping mall, which was damaged as a result of a missile attack on Kryvyi Rih in January 2024. 

•  Arricano signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Physical Culture and Sports Society "Dynamo" of Ukraine
•  The Arricano Group of Companies presented a new manifesto — "Live, not wait", emphasizing the importance of actions, the implementation of plans here and now and the value of every moment.
•  In February, 2 new operators joined the tenant-mix of the Sun Gallery shopping mall in Kryvyi Rih: the popular brand of women's and men's clothing Diverse, as well as the Family store of high-quality dishes and home textiles.
•  Support for the Military

•    Prospekt shopping mall, in cooperation with the Non-governmental organization "ZGHRAIA UA", purchased tactical medicine for the needs of Ukrainian fighters on the front line, and also provided material assistance for the surgery to the military serviceman and his further rehabilitation.
•    Prospekt shopping mall transferred UAV bodies, loudspeakers, an amplifier, a microphone, and a Sitcomet Ptashka UAV countering system to the National Guard of Ukraine. Partner — Charitable Organization Nastup Foundation.
•    The Sun Gallery shopping mall, with the support of the Non-governmental organization "ZGHRAIA UA", provided the military with personal protective equipment. 
•    CITY MALL fulfilled the request from the Military Unit A3130 for the purchase of consumables and detergents.
•    Prospekt shopping mall and the military orchestra of the 101st Brigade of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine named after Colonel-General Hennadii Vorobiov collected more than 53 thousand UAH for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

•  Prospekt shopping mall received gratitude from the Desnianskyi Police Department for effective interaction with law enforcement officers in the fight against crime in the territory of the Desnianskyi district, a significant contribution to countering Russian aggression against Ukraine and ensuring law and order, protection of human rights and freedoms.
