•    The Court of Appeal did not allow the prosecutor's office to block the operation of the Sun Gallery shopping mall

On December 5, 2024, the Kyiv Court of Appeal refused to satisfy the prosecutor's appeal to seize the accounts of Ukrpangroup LLC, which is the owner of the Sun Gallery shopping mall in Kryvyi Rih. This court decision was the third in the appellate instance in the last three months, according to which the court refused to impose encumbrances on the economic activities of Arricano in Ukraine.

On December 4, the Arricano team took part in the final event of the year for retail and retail real estate companies — the XI retail summit RAU Summit 2024.

•    New discoveries in the shopping mall
•    A new store — "Knyharnia Ye", as well as an island of the brand of mobile phone accessories Best Buy Case, were opened in the CITY MALL in the frontline city of Zaporizhzhia.
•    The Goldi store has resumed its operation in the Sun Gallery shopping mall.
•    RayON shopping mall opened an updated Sinsay on the new square with a large assortment of trendy clothes for the whole family, as well as accessories and household goods.

•    The Sun Gallery shopping mall became part of the New Year's fairy tale delivery tour from Nova Poshta.
On December 21 and 22, 32 performances took place in the underground parking, during which the Sun Gallery and Nova Poshta shopping malls presented a New Year's fairy tale and festive gifts to 440 children.

•    CITY MALL at Career Forum 2024
On December 7, the CITY MALL became a partner of the "Career Forum. Business 2024", organized by the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University. Vardui Batrakova, Director of the shopping mall, took part in the panel discussion.

RayON shopping mall purchased a washing machine, equipment to improve the Internet connection, uninterruptible power supplies and 60 New Year's sets of sweet gifts for children, which are taken care of by the Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of Children No.1 of the Kyiv city State Administration. There are 100 children from 3 to 18 years old in the institution, including orphans, young children and adolescents who are deprived of parental care and children who are in difficult living conditions.
