•    Arricano Real Estate PLC (Cyprus), which owns 4 shopping malls in Ukraine (Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kryvyi Rih) through its Ukrainian subsidiaries, announced the blocking of the activities of CITY MALL (Zaporizhzhia) and RayON shopping mall (Kyiv).

During 2023-2024, the assets of Arricano Real Estate PLC (Cyprus) in Ukraine are under systemic pressure from law enforcement agencies. The company considers the decision to seize the accounts of Pryzma Alfa LLC and Livoberezhzhiainvest PrJSC as another increase in pressure from law enforcement agencies, the ultimate goal of which is to seize the assets of Arricano Real Estate PLC (Cyprus) in Ukraine.

•    The managing company - Arricano Real Estate LLC - together with project companies in Ukraine continues to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

In June, the developer transferred charitable assistance in the amount of UAH 100,000 to the Charitable Foundation "Group 35" for the purchase of 5 FPV drones for the needs of the state defense.

In addition, the company responded to the appeal of the NGO "Vilne Zhyttia - Svitle Maibutnie" and helped raise funds for the EcoFlow DELTA 2 charging station for military units in the combat zone.

•    RayON shopping mall supported the organization of the performance of the military orchestra of the 101st separate brigade of the General Staff of Ukraine named after Colonel-General Hennadii Vorobiov, during which it was possible to raise over UAH 27,000. The funds will be used to purchase the necessary equipment for the needs of the 101st Separate Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

•    Arricano Real Estate LLC has organized blood donation in Prospekt shopping mall for the third time, for the second time with the support of DonorUA, in order to give life to military and civilian patients of Kyivska region. 

•    New Silpo supermarkets opened in two Arricano shopping malls: on June 20 - in the CITY MALL in Zaporizhzhia, and on June 21 - in the Sun Gallery shopping mall in Kryvyi Rih.

•    Another 9 stores and islands resumed their work in the Sun Gallery shopping mall. In particular, "Allo", "Budynok Ihrashok", "COLIN'S", "Kapitoshka", "Sushi take out" and others.

•    Arricano will create a green social space for the RayON community and residents of the Desnianskyi district of the capital.

Arricano determined the winner of the CSR project on landscaping in Kyiv, which involved the proactive student and teaching communities of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. The winner was Anastasiia Slipchuk, a 1st year student of the Master's degree program on Transboundary Environmental Cooperation of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, with the original landscape project "Whisper of Nature". It is her concept that will be implemented by the specialists of the leading developer of shopping malls in Ukraine — Arricano.

•    Arricano, together with the community of Prospekt and RayON shopping malls, the Dobriak Charitable Foundation, fulfilled 48 dreams of children from the Union of Large Families "SHCHASLYVA". 

Kids and teenagers left their desires on flower cards, which for almost a month decorated dream trees in the company's Kyiv shopping malls. Through the joint efforts of Arricano, partners and visitors, all children from the Union of Large Families "SHCHASLYVA" received gifts. 

•    Since June 1 Olena Shvets has been the Head of the Retail Space Department of the Arricano Group of Companies in Ukraine. The new director will be responsible for coordinating and controlling the work of the department, managing lease agreements, and effective cooperation with tenant partners.
