•    Professional expertise and industry events
On March 18, Arricano Real Estate CEO Anna Chubotina took part in a meeting of the Sport & Business Club Ukraine, where she shared her expertise on the interaction between the operators of commercial real estate and sports. In particular, the experience of Prospekt shopping mall and RayON shopping mall in the implementation of sports activities and social collaborations was presented. The discussion focuses on strategic asset management in crisis conditions, attracting visitors and the role of sports in the formation of new points of attraction.

•    New Openings
In February-March 2026, new stores and spaces were opened in Arricano shopping malls:
RayON shopping mall - Bravo Park, Zero calories.
Sun Gallery shopping mall - Arber, Ozone Climate.
Prospekt shopping mall - INTERSPORT.

•    Arricano presented a new communication manifesto - "Live life - appreciate the moments".

•    CSR Projects: Assistance, Care, Responsibility 
In February-March, Arricano shopping malls continued to provide systematic support to the military, medical institutions and communities, uniting partners around a common goal - assistance where it is most needed.

Support for Military and Medical Facilities
In February, Prospekt shopping mall transferred medical instruments and medicines for military units (partners: NGO "Department of Military Volunteers of VO 240222", NGO "Association of Physicians of the Revolution of Dignity"), and also joined the purchase of medicines for the treatment of wounded soldiers (partner: CF "We Give Hope Together").

In March, the Sun Gallery shopping mall provided the military with antiviral drugs (partner: Dobro-KR CF) and supported the Kryvyi Rih Oncology Dispensary in providing medicines (partner: Dobro-KR CF).

CITY MALL transferred equipment for the "Zaporizki sapsany" unit - in particular, electronic reconnaissance devices and materials for camouflage nets (partner: Pokolinnia maibutnoho CF).

In Prospekt shopping mall, during charitable performances of the military orchestra of the 101st Brigade of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine named after Colonel-General Hennadii Vorobiov, about UAH 80,000 were collected for the purchase of an agricultural drone for the needs of the military.

Support for children and social initiatives
Prospekt shopping mall supported inclusive sports competitions for children with Down syndrome (partner: Charitable Foundation "Dobriak").

CITY MALL supported the cultural event "Zaporizhzhia art challenge – 2026", which brought together creative teams and children's studios, and handed over sweet sets for participants. (Partner — CF "Pokolinnia maibutnoho").

Care for the urban environment
On March 24, the CITY MALL shopping mall joined the efforts of the community of the shopping mall, students and teachers of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic to conduct a spring cleanup in Zaporizhzhia - cleaning the green zone and the coast of the Dnipro (partners: NU "Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic", the District Administration of the Zaporizhzhia city Council for the Oleksandrivskyi district, "Silpo").

•    Events

Prospekt shopping mall hosted thematic events for different audiences in February-March, combining entertainment, social and cultural formats. An interactive event Fluffy feelings with romantic activities and gifts was implemented for Valentine's Day. Masliana was rethought in a modern format through a combination of traditions and creative mechanics. Visitors also joined the Blood Saves Lives donor initiative. By March 8, the event "Lines of Femininity" was held, and Pop-up Art Day united guests around modern art and creative practices.

In RayON shopping mall, the program was aimed at creating an emotional experience through interactive and thematic events. Visitors joined the celebration of Valentine's Day and Women's Day, as well as a theatrical event that introduced guests to the world of performing arts. 

In the CITY MALL, the events combined entertainment, training and joint interaction. The "Constructoria" format became the center of gravity, uniting guests around the creation of a car with more than 32,000 building block elements. There were also thematic events for Valentine's Day, Masliana and March 8 with animation programs and interactive events.

In the Sun Gallery shopping mall, events were focused on key seasonal and festive occasions. Visitors joined the events for Purfect Love, Masliana and Women's Day.
