Despite the war in Ukraine and many challenges, the Arricano group of companies in Ukraine continues to invest in the restoration of the Sun Gallery shopping mall and the development of 4 of its shopping malls. The developer summed up the expansion of the pool of tenants for the summer and shared plans for the new autumn season.

Opening of new Silpo supermarkets in regional projects

In June, Arricano Real Estate (Ukraine) changed the anchor grocery operator in Sun Gallery and CITY MALL to supermarkets of the popular Silpo network, which is a favorite brand of millions of Ukrainians. 

The Silpo supermarket in the Sun Gallery shopping mall is the largest in Kryvyi Rih and offers a diverse range of goods and, like the supermarket in Zaporizhzhia, has a spacious food hall area where visitors can have a delicious lunch during the shopping process. Silpo organizes children's culinary workshops for the youngest guests.

For the comfort of visitors to the Sun Gallery shopping mall, free shuttle buses run to the shopping mall and back every day from July. The movement is carried out in the following directions: KRES — Sun Gallery shopping mall — KRES.

New operators are already in Arricano shopping mall

In June, the Prospekt shopping mall added a new grill bar - Gremio Grill, in July - a store for men's and women's shoes MUNCHEN opened in the shopping center, and in August — MEREZHKA and MONPACIE.

Such brands as LC Waikiki, comfy, Allo, COLIN'S, INTERTOP, Budynok Ihrashok, OLKO, EVA, VENSI, Kapitoshka, Flex, K-Beauty Heaven, Sushi take out, BONJOUR CAVA, Aptekar, Vintazh and a new Broxci store have already resumed their work in the Sun Gallery shopping mall.

RayON shopping mall in Kyiv has opened new operators of the food court zone — Lviv Croissants and Salatino. In addition, AURUM, Yabluka, Goldi, Solmar, as well as the K77S corner have been working in the shopping mall since summer. And on the eve of the autumn season, a Biotus vitamin store was opened in RayON shopping mall.

The PUMA concept store resumed its work in the CITY MALL at the end of August, and a new store of bags "Moia Fabryka" was opened. 

About plans for the new season

The most long-awaited news of the fall for visitors to the Sun Gallery shopping mall will be the opening of Sinsay, a popular brand that offers stylish and comfortable clothes for the whole family. It is known for its affordable prices and a wide range of products, including clothes, shoes, accessories, household goods and children's goods.

In the fall, the renewed and modernized food court area with favorite restaurants of Kryvyi Rih residents will resume its work: the restaurant of Georgian cuisine "Khinkalnia", Uzbek cuisine — Pilaf, European cuisine — "Dva Husia", as well as the restaurant of Italian and Japanese cuisine - Modena. The Arricano Group in Ukraine invested a lot of money in the restoration of the Sun Gallery shopping mall after the missile attack on Kryvyi Rih in January 2024, in particular, one of the most damaged was the food court area. The developer, together with Ukrainian designers, has developed a new project for the design of this location, and in the fall visitors will have the opportunity to relax with the whole family in cozy renovated establishments.

In addition, the Sun Gallery shopping mall the following tenants will open very soon: Athletics, ISSA and ISEI, so residents of Kryvyi Rih will have even more reasons to visit the city's leading shopping mall in the fall.

Tenant-mix of CITY MALL in the new season will be replenished by the popular brand of gadgets and accessories "Cytrus". Prospekt shopping mall in Kyiv will start the autumn season with the opening of the Ksuu Store corner, as well as LESIA, Kiko Milano, and Vito Torelli stores.

All shopping malls of the Arricano Group in Ukraine work during a power outage from the city grid.
