Expert council of ranking at the first stage of evaluation identified 10 most important markets of the Ukrainian economy according to their contribution to the GDP of Ukraine. In the second phase about 100 industry experts, analysts and market players determined the most effective managers and explained why they deserve the title of the best top-manager in a certain industry. The managers who scored the maximum total score became top three winners of the industry.
