CEO Arricano - Speaker of the Ukrainian investment road-show in London

On March 20-21, 2017, Mikhail Merkulov, CEO of Arricano, will take part in the Ukrainian investment road-show Approaches to Corporate Finance and Strategies of the Most Dynamic Companies of Ukraine, which will be held in London.
This forum was organized by the Strategy Council, a company developing international business relations, a European business community on the Ukrainian companies and international investors’ initiative to strengthen the links between the business communities of European countries with the developing market economy. The participants of the meeting will consist of the leading companies, representatives of regulatory bodies, well-known experts and consultants from Ukraine and representatives of leading institutional investors, investment bankers, advisers and other participants of London’s financial community.

The investment road show's program will have the topics relevant for accelerating the Ukrainian economy recovery: Global Macroeconomic Forecast and What it Means for Ukraine, What is Needed to Improve the Business Environment and Investment Climate in Ukrainian Business, Corporate Finances and Capital Markets, Work Processes Improvement, including cases How to Achieve Sustainable Growth and Profitability in Existing Conditions, reviews of key manufacturing sectors of Ukraine with participation of market leaders.
Mikhail Merkulov notes that the rich program of the meeting will focus participants’ attention on searching for forms and formats of cooperation, on a deeper understanding of the opportunities and prospects for business development in Ukraine for foreign investors. "It is very important to understand that today is the best time for foreign companies to enter the Ukrainian market", - Merkulov comments. - "Our buyer is not spoiled by the variety of quality goods and services at an affordable price. CEO of Arricano, calls the delay of reforms among the obvious limiting factors that prevent the arrival of foreign investors in Ukraine and which international experts singled out as undermining confidence in Ukraine. "In many areas, the reform process has already begun to produce visible results. However, this is not enough", - emphasizes Mikhail Merkulov. - "There is everything for business, except legal protection, in Ukraine. Therefore, the business will soar after the judicial reform and reform of the law enforcement structures". At the same time, Mikhail Merkulov notes that today the conditions for foreign investors' coming to Ukraine are favorable.
