Arricano CEO Anna Chubotina joins the jury of the Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards 2026 (CEEQA)

Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards (CEEQA) is one of the most authoritative industry awards in the commercial real estate sector across Central and South-Eastern Europe. For more than 20 years, it has been a flagship annual event for the market and is regarded as the most prestigious professional distinction for business excellence, market impact, and leadership in commercial real estate.

For the second time, Anna Chubotina, CEO of Arricano, has joined the CEEQA jury. She is an expert with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and business development. Anna has been with Arricano for ten years, six of which she has served as Chief Executive Officer.

“CEEQA shapes not only the list of winners, but also the standards by which the market evaluates the quality, efficiency, and long-term value of projects, the level of expertise of teams, as well as the professional reputation of companies and individuals. The award’s reputation is built on clear criteria, objective judging, and the high level of expertise of the jury, which ensures strong trust from the international professional community. For me, participating in the awards as a jury expert is an opportunity to influence the development of the commercial real estate market in Ukraine, support best practices and strong management decisions, and promote Ukrainian projects on the European stage — highlighting the overall potential of the Ukrainian market in order to increase international investors’ interest in Ukraine’s recovery and development,” said Anna Chubotina, CEO of Arricano.

The call for entries for CEEQA 2026 is open until March 6, and the winners will be announced on May 20, 2026: https://www.ceeqa.com/2026/awards

The awards cover 11 countries across the region, including Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, and the Baltic states.

CEEQA’s strong international reputation is ensured by a rigorous, transparent, and objective evaluation process. The nominees are assessed by a jury comprising leading market experts — prominent business leaders in investment, development, finance, and consultancy. Each year, they select winners across 21 categories, recognizing the best projects, companies, and professionals in the industry based on annual results.
