Arricano Real Estate Plc was included into “TOP-100 Rating: 500 largest Ukrainian companies” published at the end of January 2019. This rating includes companies from all sectors of the economy that influence the development of their markets.
Arricano has occupied the 1st position in the category “Real Estate Lease”, the 46th position in the TOP-100 companies in terms of profit and the 303rd position in the TOP-500 in terms of revenue. In 2017, the growth of Arricano’s net income made 49% compared to the previous year when the income made UAH 1833 million, net profit - UAH 723 million, compared to 658 million UAH in 2016.
Arricano notes that systematic work on all the performance parameters of the company, systematic achievement of business goals and strengthening of reputational capital are the result of work of the team, which for three successive years has been demonstrating the increase of financial parameters expressed in dollars.
It should be noted that other rating participants are not just the suppliers of “big numbers” for economic reports and large taxpayers. These are the companies that form the country's reputation; these are the teams that, under the guidance of owners and CEOs, implement effective business solutions.
The directors of many enterprises participating in the rating note the importance of work with the personnel for the future development of Ukraine. For example, Mykhailo Merkulov, CEO of Arricano, plans to introduce “new talent management technologies”, a new corporate culture, when “nothing is impossible”.
For 21 years, the Economy Communication hub, the founder and the publisher of the rating, has been analyzing and preparing a sample of the companies which form the basis of the Ukrainian economy and actively develop their industries. Ranking is carried out based on financial parameters, but, as noted by the editorial board, in addition to net revenue, reputation becomes more and more important.
