Arricano signed a memorandum of partnership with Mariupol State University
As a socially responsible company, Arricano understands the importance of cooperation between universities and business for the development of human capital and economic growth in the world, and directs its efforts to establish effective interaction and long-term relationships with higher education institutions.
On June 26, Marketing Director of Arricano Inna Morozova and Brand Manager of the company Serhii Shalaiev visited the invincible university to sign a cooperation document. From the community of Mariupol State University, which is currently implementing its activities in Kyiv, they were welcomed by Rector Mykola Trofymenko, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work Tetiana Marena, Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee Yuliia Demydova.
“Cooperation between education and business is very important because it provides an opportunity to encourage the exchange and sharing of knowledge, promotes innovation, entrepreneurship and creativity, helps graduates acquire the right skills needed in the labor market. Arricano is a socially responsible company that pays special attention to the development and support of the student community, provides all opportunities for internship and is always open for cooperation with the talented youth of Ukraine. We are committed to developing long-term partnerships with Mariupol State University and implementing important and relevant projects,” said Inna Morozova, Marketing Director at Arricano.
The Arricano team was pleasantly impressed by the scale and innovative approaches in the development of the educational institution, so Inna Morozova and Serhii Shalaiev noted that the university, which has been operating in Kyiv for over a year, managed to truly create a “feeling of home”.
“The memorandum with Mariupol State University is not only the approval of cooperation between Arricano and the university, but the company's contribution to promoting the integration of the community, erased by the war in the region, into the large family of our capital,” said Arricano Brand Manager Serhii Shalaiev.
The signed memorandum will allow the parties to unite efforts to improve the labor market of Ukraine in the context of globalization shifts. Together, the business and educational institution will influence the development of scientific and applied research for sustainable labor and resource support for the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, as well as the creation of favorable conditions for the return of Ukrainians who, due to the war, were forced to go abroad.
Scientific and informational cooperation involves the introduction of innovative solutions aimed at solving important issues, attracting domestic and foreign partners to implement initiatives.
