Arricano and its CEO Anna Chubotina entered the list of nominees for one of the largest real estate competitions in Europe — Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards 2025 (CEEQA). 

This year, Arricano is applying for the award in the Developer of the Year category, and Anna Chubotina, who has more than 20 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate, business development and cooperation with international and local investors, is nominated for the Industry Professional of the Year title.

Among the nominees from Ukraine in various categories are also presented: Karavan Outlet Shopping Mall, Dragon Capital, Asters Ukraine, Budhouse Group, KAN Development, Mandarin Plaza Group and others. 

CEEQA is the main industry award for commercial real estate market leaders in Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe. It is considered the most authoritative recognition in the field due to the transparent evaluation process carried out by an influential jury of 46 industry experts. The award covers 18 countries and is a key indicator of success in the market.

The jury of Ukraine in 2025 is represented by Hanna Koriahina, CEO Ukraine, International Leasing Director, Nhood and Andrii Brynzylo, CEO, ARGO Capital Property Ukraine. 

The award ceremony will take place on May 21 in Warsaw and will bring together more than 600 top managers and experts from across the region. A short list of candidates after the first round of refereeing will be published on April 15.
