Arricano Group of Companies in Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as Arricano), which is the leading developer of 4 shopping malls (Prospekt shopping mall, RayON shopping mall, Sun Gallery shopping mall, CITY MALL), summed up the work for 2024.

"Despite the pressure from the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine on the Arricano Group of Companies and its employees in 2024, as well as the consequences of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, we continued to work effectively. It was important for the group of companies not only to ensure the stable operation of all shopping malls, but also to perform social functions and develop where possible. Last year, the company allocated hundreds of millions of hryvnias for the payment of taxes to the state budget, assistance to the Defense Forces and the implementation of social projects, " said Anna Chubotina, General Director of Arricano Real Estate LLC.

Arricano's key indicators and achievements in 2024 include: 
•    UAH 205.9 million of taxes paid to the state budget (all levels);
•    More than UAH 4.2 million to help the Defense Forces of Ukraine and charity;
•    Traffic in the shopping mall — more than 21 million visitors;
•    35 stores and establishments with a total area of almost 23.3 thousand square meters were opened in the shopping mall;
•    Arricano strengthened the tenant-mix of the Sun Gallery shopping mall in Kryvyi Rih and the CITY MALL in Zaporizhzhia by the market leader in FMCG —  Silpo supermarket, and also attracted new domestic and international operators, in particular Sinsay, Diverse, Broxci, etc.;
•    The average vacancy in the Arricano group shopping mall at the end of 2024 was less than 5%. And in some objects, in particular in Prospekt shopping mall it was 0%.

Separately, UAH 66.7 million was invested in the restoration of the Sun Gallery shopping mall (Kryvyi Rih), which was damaged as a result of a missile attack on the city in January 2024. 

"It was very important for us to restore the Sun Gallery shopping mall as soon as possible after the damage and restore its full operation, as we understood the significant social function of this facility and the importance of our efficiency for the tenant partners. In Zaporizhzhia, we invested in the arrangement, expansion and renovation of the shopping gallery of the CITY MALL after replacing the anchor operator – the Silpo supermarket. And we are very grateful to the professional teams of our shopping malls, who, despite their proximity to the front line and regular air alarms, were able to ensure the effective operation of the facilities," adds Ms. Chubotina. 

Regarding marketing achievements, last year the developer paid special attention to increasing the loyal audience of all his 4 shopping malls and creating his own unique interesting video content that collects thousands of views and reach. As a result, Prospekt shopping mall entered the TOP-8 in the rating of the most popular pages in Facebook among the shopping malls of Ukraine, and RayON shopping mall rose to the 19th position. Prospekt shopping mall was included in the rating of accounts of the shopping mall of Ukraine with the largest number of subscribers in Instagram and took 19th place, displacing other shopping malls.

In October, Prospekt shopping mall managed to achieve a record number of visitors since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, because on the occasion of its 10th anniversary, the shopping complex prepared a charity concert with the participation of Ukrainian artists YAKTAK and Ivan Navi, held a charity auction and raised funds to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

A separate priority of Arricano last year was charitable, social and patriotic projects, as well as initiatives aimed at supporting the physical and mental health of the shopping mall community, increasing the attendance of shopping malls and increasing the turnover of tenants. 

The developer also continues to support Ukrainian culture and respect for folk traditions, so once again in 2024, they united citizens in Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia and Kryvyi Rih at authentic events such as Kolodii and Solntsekres.
