Arricano announces the update of the anchor grocery tenant in two of its shopping malls in Zaporizhzhia and Kryvyi Rih. Instead of Auchan Ukraine hypermarkets, very soon guests of Sun Gallery shopping mall and CITY MALL will be able to buy everything they need in the new Silpo supermarkets.

“It is extremely important for us that the experience of guests of our shopping malls is always filled with positive emotions, so we are constantly working on updates to strengthen the tenant mix of the shopping mall. Currently, we have planned many changes and concluding an agreement with the market leader in FMCG, which is the Silpo supermarket chain, is just the first step. We are convinced that our visitors will like the updated shopping mall,” said Arricano CEO Anna Chubotina.

Arricano Real Estate LLC concluded lease agreements with Silpo in both regional projects, and in the first half of April the Silpo network team will begin the active phase of the transformation of the grocery tenant's area and the implementation of its own solutions for supermarkets in Zaporizhzhia and Kryvyi Rih.

"In June, we plan to open Silpo supermarkets in the CITY MALL and in the Sun Gallery shopping mall. We are currently working on an updated style of our standard stores. Guests will be delighted with fresh vegetables and fruits, our own products and our own imports. Silpo collects the most delicious food from Ukraine and the world and verifies the quality. Guests will find the full range of flavors in the new stores," the retailer's press service said.

Arricano is convinced that the opening of a new supermarket, as well as the organization of new retail outlets in the shopping mall due to the optimization of the grocery retailer's area, will expand the range of the shopping gallery of the Sun Gallery shopping mall and the CITY MALL shopping mall, attracting well-known brands of clothing and electronics. This will strengthen projects and create additional jobs for residents of Zaporizhzhia and Kryvyi Rih to support the Ukrainian economy and improve the customer experience of visitors.
