Arricano - CP Awards-2017 winner for the Best Marketing Project
Arricano won the National Award CP Awards-2017 as the Best Marketing Project in Shopping Mall for its social campaign Change Old Things for New, which was implemented in Prospekt shopping mall.
The solemn awarding of CP Awards, the All-Ukrainian professional Award for achievements in the Real Estate field of Ukraine, took place on October 27, 2017 in the Premier Palace Hotel. The event was attended by more than 150 guests - jury members, contest participants and nominees, the Ukrainian and international industry companies' top managers.
The winners in 15 nominations from more than 100 submitted applications and 3 selected applicants were determined by the Award jury - the acknowledged Ukrainian and foreign experts in real estate, construction, investment, retail and marketing. The Award's organizers, the Commercial Property commercial publication's team, emphasize that the CP Awards' main goal is the open, transparent, professional and competitive real estate market formation in Ukraine.
About 20 marketing projects aimed at increasing tenants' attendance and sales, which were held in shopping mall during the period from December 2013 till September 2017, took part in the Marketing Project in the Shopping Mall nomination.

Arricano, Change Old Things for New campaign's initiator, has united those, who wanted to help the people in need, in its charity project. The tenants and ordinary people, who brought old clothes, were its participants: in exchange for their nice warm clothes, the campaign's participants received special coupons with a nominal value of UAH 100, 200 and 300 for the new things purchase. These coupons for acquisitions in its stores were provided by the social project's partners - the Prospekt shopping mall's (Kyiv) tenants, as a gratitude to all, who brought their clothes. The charitable foundation passed the collected clothes to people in need. As a result of the project, a set of tasks was solved: for those, who wanted to make a small Christmas miracle, the Prospekt shopping mall has provided such an opportunity, those who needed warm clothes received it, tenants became participants in the charity initiative, a good New Year atmosphere was created in Prospekt shopping mall.
