On March 18, 2024, the Women Leaders Forum was held at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, which was joined by Arricano, a leading developer in Ukraine. This event has become a platform for discussing the most important aspects and challenges facing women in the modern world, as well as ways to change society today.

The forum was opened by the rector of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv - Volodymyr Buhrov, who noted that this event is not only a place of unification for victory, but also an important step in the struggle for values and ideals. During the forum, three panel discussions were held on topics such as national unity, regional policy and synergy of education, business and the public. They have become a hotbed of lively discussions and expression of innovative ideas.

Inna Morozova, Marketing Director of Arricano, took part in the panel discussion "Synergy of Education, Business and the Public". She stated that Arricano is a socially responsible company that pays special attention to the development and support of the student community, provides all opportunities for internship and is always open for cooperation with the talented youth of Ukraine. Arricano is convinced that the synergy of business and proactive youth is able to create socially important projects. Despite the difficulties of the war, the company expanded opportunities for young people, in particular by cooperating with the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Together with students and teachers, the developer organized a number of eco-initiatives for World Earth Day, implemented projects aimed at popularizing science — educational and entertainment chemical shows, as well as patriotic events. 

The company does not slow down the pace of youth involvement in its activities, despite the war. Inna Morozova announced the creation of a green comfortable space for the entire Desnianskyi district, based on student projects. The Arricano team has already held several joint working meetings with students and teachers of the Faculty of Geography of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and joint work on the project continues. The winner, in addition to the main prize, will get a unique chance to integrate into the work on landscaping the capital, gain valuable practical experience and form an excellent portfolio case while studying at the university.

Vice-Rector for Humanitarian Affairs Inna Stepanets noted that cooperation with Arricano contributes to the preservation of natural educational programs, which are extremely important, but need to be popularized among society. Synergy of interaction with such a socially responsible business as Arricano allows making educational and scientific achievements of educational institutions understandable and accessible to a wide range of people. 

Olha Budnik, Advisor to the President of Ukraine on the Presidential Fund for Education, Science and Sports, Tamila Tasheva, Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Tetiana Kahanovska, Rector of the Vasyl Karazin Kharkiv National University, Anna Hres, Business Owner of Shovkova, Anna Sierhieieva, Founder of Tsvichena Natsiia Charitable Foundation, and other representatives of business, public and state institutions also took part in the forum.
