Anna Chubotina took part in CEEQA 2026 in Warsaw
CEO of Arricano Anna Chubotina took part in Ukraine Live Connect "Post-War Ukraine: Capacity for Opportunity" as part of the CEEQA 2026 program. During the event, the market leaders of Central and Eastern Europe in the field of development discussed the prospects for the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, investment potential, the development of commercial real estate, as well as the role of Ukraine in the future architecture of European security.
"Today, international attention to Ukraine is not only about support now, but also about future investment and development. It is extremely important for Ukrainian business to be part of such professional platforms, where the vision of the future market of Central and Eastern Europe is formed. We see the interest of the international community in the Ukrainian market and are convinced that the post-war recovery of Ukraine will open up new opportunities for the development of commercial real estate and partnerships,” said Arricano CEO Anna Chubotina.
Also, for the second time, Anna joined the jury of Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards 2026 (CEEQA) - one of the most authoritative industry awards in the field of commercial real estate in Central and Southeastern Europe.
CEEQA has been the flagship annual market event for more than 20 years and is considered one of the most prestigious professional awards for business excellence, market influence and leadership in the commercial real estate industry. The award covers 11 countries in the region, including Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Ukraine and the Baltic countries.
This year, several projects from Ukraine were shortlisted for the CEEQA 2026 award. In particular, in the Best retail & leisure project category, Bukovyna Mall in Chernivtsi from Building Development Ukraine, Piramida shopping mall in Kyiv from Dragon Capital with a renewal project and expansion of the tenant pool, Respublika Park from KAN Development with an expansion project and Epitsentr shopping mall (Chabany) with the construction of the second stage were presented. In the ESG Champion Building category, UNIT.City B06 Kyiv from the developer Kovalska also entered the shortlist for the award, and in the Transaction Awards category, there was an agreement to acquire the Vinnytsia Sky Park shopping mall by the Inzhur REIT investment fund. Ukrainian agent companies were represented in two categories at once: EXPANDIA - in the category "Best Agent in the Capital Markets", as well as in the category "Best Local Agent of the Year", where the company competed with Nhood Ukraine.
The main award in the Best retail & leisure project category was received by Bukovyna Mall in Chernivtsi.
"I am glad that professional Ukrainian projects were included in the CEEQA 2026 shortlists and sincerely congratulate Building Development Ukraine on winning the Best retail & leisure project category," said Anna Chubotina.
For Arricano, participation in international professional platforms is an opportunity to engage in a global dialogue about Ukraine's economic future, strengthen international partnerships and support the interest of the international community in the development of the Ukrainian market.
