On September 20, after the completion of inspections of NOMAD, nominated advisor of Arricano on the Alternative platform (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange, Anna Chubotina, who continues to head the Department of retail space of Arricano Real Estate plc, was appointed the Acting CEO of Arricano Real Estate plc.
Anna Chubotina expressed gratitude to the Board of Directors for their trust and stressed that as Acting CEO she will continue to implement the company's development strategy: "Arricano has defined strategic goals to which we will systematically move according to the designated plan, by fulfilling sustainable business indicators." The Board of Directors of Arricano Real Estate plc continues the process of selecting and evaluating potential candidates for the position of CEO, which is expected to be completed within three months.
Urmas Somelar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arricano Real Estate plc, noted:  "I sincerely welcome Anna to her new position as acting CEO and wish her good luck in this professional challenge.
