September 26 sees the start of the second stage of B2B Upgrade by Arricano

The second stage of B2B Upgrade by Arricano – a free educational programme for tenants – is on. The first training for tenants will be held in Kyiv on September 26, 2016, and on September 30 the first meeting of this project coach with Arricano tenants will take place in Kryvyi Rih.

From September to December, once every month tenants of Arricano shopping malls have the opportunity to gain new knowledge about communications between the seller and the buyer, to practice interaction skills and to figure out how to improve the level of service in their retail locations. High-quality service as a tool for raising sales is the ideological platform of the entire programme. In Arricano they are sure that the service business model and nurturing of high-quality relationships yield both profit and increased satisfaction for all participants of the process.

The programme speakers are Ukrainian leading business coaches, who teach participants in an interactive way.

Natalia Dmytrenko, Arricano marketing director, states that B2B Upgrade by Arricano project of training sales staff employed by Arricano tenants has a social component: "In the current economic climate, when many companies have reduced budgets for training, a free educational project for tenants is of particular value: it not only raises sales of each individual tenant by improving his or her service, but also contributes to formation of quality standards in the industry".
