Main Responsibilities:
  • Monthly IFRS and Management accounts transformation;
  • Group consolidation;
  • Preparation of monthly management reports of the Group;
  • Preparation of Annual and Semi-annual Report and Announcement in accordance with requirements of London AIM;
  • Support in preparation and audit of Annual Consolidated Financial statements and review of Semi-annual Interim Consolidated Financial statements of the Group, as well as Standalone financial statements of the Group companies (Cyprus, Ukraine, Estonia);
  • Preparation of financial and operational analytical reports for the banks and other creditors;
  • Participation in budgeting process;
Requirements:
  • University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics. ACCA (finished or in process) or other professional certificates would be an advantage;
  • Profound knowledge of both IFRS and local GAAP. Experience in IFRS transformation and reporting;
  • English of at least intermediate level;
  • Advanced Excel skill is a must, 1С knowledge would be an advantage;
  • At least 3 years' relevant work experience. Big 4 experience would be an advantage.

Requirements:
  • Talented law graduate or junior lawyer with 0-3 years of experience
  • High performance during academic studies in reputable Ukrainian university
  • Diploma of translator (English) is a plus
  • Attention to detail, highly organized
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English, excellent – in Ukrainian and Russian
  • Good legal writing
  • Ability to learn, work fast, independently with minimal supervision and establish priorities
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Ability to drive the process and achieve results
  • Ability to propose solutions and to solve problems independently
  • Proactivity, positive attitude
  • Intention to build a long-term career in our company
Key responsibilities:
  • Drafting and reviewing various agreements, legal documents, corporate documents and memoranda in English, Ukrainian and Russian languages
  • Legal research, monitoring legal updates, advise of changes to the applicable laws
  • Filling KYC questionnaires, various forms
  • Translations of the documents and reviewing of translations
  • Liaising with corporate secretaries, counterparties
  • Prediction, evaluating and eliminating of business risks connected with documentation and actions
  • Advising on various corporate matters
  • Assisting with due diligence
  • Collecting and collating of documents and information
